NORTHWEST CORNER — The Presidential Election is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the Secretary of State’s Office will be sending out an application to every eligible voter in Connecticut.
In Connecticut, COVID-19 can be used as a valid reason for requesting an absentee ballot.
Absentee ballot applications are available online at this website link.
The application may be filled out and sent to your Town Clerk’s offices via email, fax, mail, or delivered in-person; it is advisable to check with your Town Clerk’s office to make sure that they will accept absentee ballot applications electronically.
Forms can also be delivered to election ballot boxes outside of Town Halls.
Absentee ballots will be available on Friday, Oct. 2, which is 31 days before the election.
