NORFOLK — Due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic, the rest of the Norfolk Farmers Market season has been cancelled.
The opening day of the market was on June 13.
However, in an email on Tuesday, June 23, organizers said that the rest of the season has been cancelled.
“A decision has been made to cancel the 2020 season of our market,” organizers stated in the email. “It was a difficult call to make, but we think the correct one. Sincere thanks to all of those that have supported us.  We are hoping for a swift end of this dangerous virus that has affected so many lives.”
The Winsted Phoenix reached out to organizers for comment on this story.
