NORFOLK — “Some Words,” an exhibit featuring work by Winsted artist Kathleen Borkowski, will be on display at Infinity Hall’s Bistro until Saturday, Feb. 15.
Borkowski, who has a studio at Whiting Mills, describes her work as “calligraphy that ventures into art.”
“I spent most of my career in calligraphy but I ventured into imagery and painting,” Borkowski said. “I love color which is why I was ready to dive into painting and meshing words with it. I do draw a lot of inspiration from nature, colors, and imagery. To me, a lot of my work is about humans impacting nature.”
Borkowski’s studio is at #508 at the Whiting Mills building located at 210 Holabird Ave. For more information about her work call 860-307-9364 or email kathleenhborkowski@gmail.com.
